About Us

Kasandra graduated with Honours with Distinction, from the Nationally Accredited Massage Therapy program out of Lethbridge College. Having completed the acquiring 2200 hours to become a certified RMT, she continuously furthers her education through workshops and courses.

Growing up in Fernie, BC, Kasandra has known from a very young age that she wanted to help people. She always had hopes of becoming a massage therapist, with the support  family, she decided to follow her dream.

Kasandra’s dedication to helping her clients and her passion for helping people reach their goals is accomplished through a variety of different treatment techniques. Each client will receive a tailored treatment plan that Kasandra will work through with them to achieve their goals by knowing, understanding, and working through daily routines, pains, stress levels, and many other potential problem areas. Kasandra specializes in Relaxation, Therapeutic Massage and  Myofascial Cupping.

After living in Lethbridge, AB for nearly 8 years and completing her education, Kasandra and her family decided that they wanted to be closer to the mountains and to make Cochrane their new home. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her kids, exploring the mountains and  gardening.
